With a direct view of the water and in a unique location directly on the Schlei, the “Viking berth 11” at the Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The spacious 66m² apartment offers an open-plan living and dining area with kitchen and sleeping area, a bathroom and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and in the living room you can end your vacation days on the sofa in front of the Smart TV. The sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed (180x200cm), as well as blackout facilities for restful nights. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and a shower. You can relax on the balcony and round off your vacation days on balmy evenings. A private parking space is available directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the open, shared bicycle room. There is a washing machine on the first floor for communal use free of charge. Sustainability is important at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is supplied by geothermal energy. The building has an elevator.

Construction work is still underway in the surrounding area on the “Am Pionierhafen” site. Work is still being carried out in the adjacent buildings on working days. We will be happy to inform you about the current status. The prices are reduced accordingly. Some of the photos are sample images of the identical apartments. There are two e-charging points for the Schlei, Wiking and Fjord berths near the accommodation. These are available for all apartments in the houses.
