With a direct view of the water and in a unique location directly on the Schlei, the low-barrier apartment “Viking berth 8” at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The apartment is designed to be barrier-free and offers an open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace on 74m². The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and in the living room you can end your vacation days on the sofa in front of the Smart TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), the second with 2 single beds (2x 90x200cm). Both have blackout options. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and a shower with a removable grab rail. You can simply sit back on the balcony and enjoy the view. A private parking space is available directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the open, shared bicycle room. A washing machine for communal use is available free of charge on the first floor of the neighboring Fjord- and Schleikojen houses. Sustainability is important at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is supplied by geothermal energy. The building has an elevator.

Construction work is still underway in the surrounding area on the “Am Pionierhafen” site. Work is still being carried out in the adjacent buildings on working days. We will be happy to inform you about the current status. The prices are reduced accordingly. Some of the photos are sample images of the identical apartments. There are two e-charging points for the Schlei, Wiking and Fjord berths near the accommodation. These are available for all apartments in the houses.
